Details and Quote

To provide an accurate quote and timeline, we will first iron out the project's scope and all the small details. This can be accomplished through an in-person visit, a video or phone call, or a site visit. Once all details are solidified, you will receive a quote within five days. A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot on our schedule after you have viewed and approved the quote.

Build

Throughout your project, we will provide updates, including progress photos, and reach out with any necessary questions. Once the piece is complete, you can either pick it up or have it delivered. The final invoice will be sent upon completion to close out the job. All that remains is for you to enjoy your finished piece!

Frequently Asked Questions

Caring for your new piece.

Our pieces are finished with a protective hardwax oil. For cleaning, use a damp cloth when needed. For tougher stains, use a solution of 1 part vinegar or mild dish soap to 10 parts water. Though durable, always use coasters and trivets. Direct heat, cold, and moisture are the most damaging. Protecting your furniture this way preserves its heirloom quality.

Finishes and maintenance.

Odies Oil

Odie’s Oil is a durable, eco-friendly finish. It needs about two weeks to fully cure, so be gentle initially. Avoid heavy, hot, or wet items, and keep the table uncovered—no cloths or placemats during this period. After curing, your table will be ready for anything.

Vinegar & Water: 1 part vinegar, 10 parts water, clean with a terry cloth.
Soapy Water: Use mild soap (e.g., Dawn), rinse suds, and wipe dry.
Odie’s Cleaner Concentrate:, opens in a new window Mix 2% concentrate with 98% water in a spray bottle to clean and refresh the finish.

Do you offer a warranty?

What is covered:

Structural Integrity: We guarantee the structural integrity of our solid wood furniture, encompassing joints, hardware, and the quality of craftsmanship.
Materials: This warranty extends to cover defects within the wood itself, including any warping that manifests under conditions of normal usage.
Finish: We provide a warranty against any peeling, blistering, or notable discoloration of the finish when the product is subjected to normal use and adherence to specified care instructions.

What is not covered:

Normal Wear and Tear: This includes surface wear, indentations, discoloration from sun exposure, and moisture damage (e.g., water rings) due to failure to use protective coasters or trivets.
Environmental Damage: Damage from adverse conditions such as high humidity, temperature swings, water, fire, or corrosive chemicals is not covered.
Improper Use: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, exceeding weight limits, using the product for unintended purposes, or not following care instructions is not covered.
Splitting and Cracking: Although mitigated when possible, these are often due to uncontrollable environmental factors and are not covered.
